I graduated from West Carter High School in 2000 and then went to Eastern Kentucky University. While there, I completed my B.A. and M.A. in English and then taught composition for almost nine years. I then moved home to teach at MCTC, ACTC, and KCU. In January of 2015, I moved into public education, teaching at Greenup County High School. I took a position with West Carter later that summer and have been here ever since.
I love teaching and look forward to all my students have to offer.
